A Games Workshop Official Army List!

Army Wide special rules

Mnemoniacs: When a GP (Greek Politicians) unit is within 6 inches of an Empire or Brettonian Army, the enemy has the hatred,frenzy and stubborn special rule.
Supreme Lamogia: GP army characters are masters of Deception. Every character during a challenge can nominate a magic item of the opposition. The item is effectively destroyed.
Stupid followers: Every regiment of Greek Voters that is led by a Greek Politician character is subject to the rules of stupidity.
Greek animosity. Some units if they dont have the same mark of Political Party are subject to animosity. Roll a d6. On a 1 the unit turns and charges the other unit. Resolve the close combat as normal. Both units are frenzied and have the hatred special rule.

Marks of Politics. 10 pts each

The mark of Pasok. Then unit gets to carry a magic banner (looted) with no points restrictions.
The mark of New Democracy. The unit has +2 movement (Lagos speed) but suffers from -2 leadership (panivlakes).
The mark of Golden Dawn. The unit has +1S,+1T but the stupidity special rule.
The mark of Tsipras. The unit's champions are the supreme fighters, called "Syndikales". As long as they are alive the are unbreakable, have toughness 5 and 5 Attacks with strength 5.

CORE UNITS
Greek Voter. 2 pts per model. S3, t3, a1, w1, ini1,M 6 ld 6

Upgrade a Voter to a Afisokoliti for 10 pts (counts as a standard bearer)
Upgrade a Voter to a Lamogio for 10 pts (counts as a champion)
Upgrade a Voter to a Fanatila for 10 pts (counts as a musician)
Special rules:
-"Stupid Follower". See 1st paragraph
-"Supreme Backstabbers". When a Greek Voter unit is within 3 inches of another Greek unit with a different mark then both are subject to Greek animosity.
Upgrades: The unit may carry shields for 1pt/model, Great Kadronia (count as Great weapons) for 2pts per model.
The unit may purchase a mark. See above.

Prasinofrouroi. s4,t5,w2,ld8 ,ini6,2a,m5 10pts/model

Upgrade a Prasinofrouros to a Laliotis for 10 pts (counts as a standard bearer)

Upgrade a Prasinofrouros to a Arxipasokos for 10 pts (counts as a musician)
Upgrade a Prasinofrouros to a Kolovisma for 10 pts (counts as a champion)
Special Rules
-"Elite Ouga Bouga". Such is the fury of a Prasinofrouros that when an enemy unit has a blue color the unit;s berserk rage kicks in fighting with double it's attacks.
-"Stupid follower"
-"Supreme Backstabbers"
-Skirmish
The unit may be marked with "Great Afises of the Green Sun". Thrown weapon. If one hits the enemy has the ASL special rule and is at -1 to hit next round.

Akrodeksioi s3, t6, ld10, ini4, w1, m6 9pts/model

Upgrade an Akrodeksios to a krifofasista (counts as a champion) for 10 pts
Upgrade an Akrodeksios to a Dosilogo (counts as a musician) for 10 pts
Special Rules
-"Hail to Glyksbourg". Akrodeksioi hate democracy and believe that the country should be ruled by a king. To represent this they never get to use the generals inspiring presence or the hold your ground special rule from the BSB.
-"Pirame tin Poli". Such is the mania of the Akrodeksioi charge that they have the impact hits (d3) special rule.
-Unbreakable.

Aristeroi s4,t2,ld9, ini8, w1,m7,1a 10pts/model

Upgrade an Aristeros to a Syndikala for 10pts (count as a champion)
Upgrade an Aristeros to a Soviet Representative for 10pts (count as a musician)
Upgrade an Aristeros to a Papadimoulis for 10pts (count as a stadard bearer)
May upgrade any model to a komouni: s4,t3,ld10,w1,m7, 2A for 5 pts/model.
Special Rules
-"O laos den ksexna ti simainei deksia". If the unit is within 12 inches of a unit with the New Democracy mark, the unit gains the stubborn special rule.
-"We shall never ever govern". Aristeroi units never get to use the generals inspiring presence or the hold your ground special rule from the BSB.
Should they are beaten in close combat and fail their break test they are automatically removed as casaulties.¨

-Syntagma Striders.

-Special Rule:
Always there, always here. Valtoi Dimosiographoi never seem to end. No matter how many die, more are entering the fray. To represent this they have the regenaration (3+) special rule.
-Cause Fear
-"Alites Roufianoi Dimosiografoi". Such is the hate for them that enmy units non immune to psychology are subject to hatred when they are fighting them
Equipment:
-Holy words of Avriani. These ancient markings protect Dimosiographous from harm. To represent it they have an armor save o 4 plus

-Pazaria Raiders: When fighting units of Dogs of War armies, or Ogre Maneaters the Knights of the Golden Dawn gain the Heroic Killing Blow special rule.
-Swastiga Mark: Such is the racial hatred for colored people that the Knights gain the eternal hatred special rule against

However if they fight a unit of White Lions visions of the Great Swastigha overwhelm them. therefore they are hit automatically in close combat.

Special Rules
-Plateia Syntagmatos Warfare. Anarhokoumounia have been trained for ages in anorthodox warfare. When they are in a forest, building, ruins or field the add +3 to their WS.
-Feigned Flight
-Hit and Run (see wood elves warhawk riders special rule)
-Swiftstride
Equipment.
Molotof Bombs: Thrown weapon, hits automatically. The target unit bursts in flames. d6 s3 hits per bomb.
Additional small kadronia: Count as extra hand weapons.

Lamogia Vouleftes 45 pts per model

Monstrous Infantry

Upgrade one Lamogio to an Ipekseretis for +10 pts
Special Rules
-Eternal Ipekseresi! Lamogia always infiltrate enemy cities no matter what. If an Ipekseretis is present in the unit roll a D6 at the start of the battle to see what type of ipekseresi the enemy is subject to
d6 roll
-1: Crazy but ...honest. The unit is honest much to the generals despair.
-2: Ministry of Culture ypekseresi. The army is less hatred. Therefore all enemy units loose the frenze and hatred rules of they have it.
-3: Ministry of Health ypekseresi. The enemy army has -1 to it's movement.
-4: Ministry of Agriculture ypekseresi. The enemy army treats all terrain as difficult terrain.
-5: KYSEA ipekseresi. The enemy's weapons are tampered therefore losing ALL special rules they might have.
-6: YPEXODE ipekseresi. Visions of the Great Laliotis fall uppon the enemy. Buildings will collapse on a 4+, fences and walls are destroyed and all units within a stone feature take d6 s5 hits.
Vpuleftiki Asylia: 4+ Ward Save.
Marks. The Mark of Pasok or Mark of New Democracy.

RARE UNITS

Matatzides on Clouva 150 pts per model

Unit Type: Chariot (Armor Save 1+)

Special Rules:

-Chemical weapons. Breath Weapon, s2 no armor saves allowed
-Mixed unit. The Clouva is a chariot in all respects. However it can carry up to 5 matatzides :

A matatzis has the mark of Xrysi Avgi, caries a master crafted rubber globe (armor piercing hand weapon), wears GADA armor (5+ armor, 5+ ward save) and carries a matazis shield (5+ armor save). When the clouva is engaged in combat all 5 matatzides strike as they disembark and engage they enemy's flanks.
-Hidden koukouloforoi. Upgrade one matatzis in a clouva to a Hidden Koukouloforos for 50points. See the rules for assasins in the Dark Elf army book. The hidden koukouloforos may purchase one of the following :

Great Molotof of Doom. Place the large template and roll for scatter. Each model takes a s4 flaming hit cauzing d3 wounds and forcing an immediate panik test.
Holly Globe of Mixaloliakos. The bearer gets +3A and the devastating charge special rules.

If your army does not include ANY marks of Xrysi Avgi you may include Immigrant Voters.
Special Rules:
-Unstoppable Parbriz Assault: Steam Tanks, Enemy chariots, war altars, Iron Blasters and war shrines are subject to the fearless assault of the katharismo tzamion. Against these targets the immigrant voters gain the Heroic Killing Blow special rule.

0-1 Pavlopoulos Greater Daemon of Deksia 300 pts

-Uncontrollable Strength. Pavlopoylos cannot control his awesome strength. Each round roll 2d6. This is the strength and attacks of Pavlopoulos for this round. Note that he can excel 10 for both his attacks and stength. Such os the fury of Pavlopoulos.
-Stare of Agelada. Pavlopoulos stares his enemies to death. In the shooting face he gets the multiple shots (2d6) s4 special rule. Range 6 inches.
Pavlopoulos has the slow to fire special rule however.
-Vouleftiki Asylia:4+ ward save.
-Immune to Psychology

Special rule
-Den me kounane oute ta komada: The unit has the stubborn special rule
-Dimosio for EVAH! The unit is immune to psychology and has the always strike last special rule. However all enemy units also gain the always strike last rule and loose the ASF special rule if they have it.
-Relentless lazyness. If the unit engages in close combat then both the monimoi and the enemy cannot move for the rest of the battle.

LORDS

-Prota o politis ...pethainei. No matter if there are less than 5 greek voters, the Prime Minister always has a look out sir roll.
-Gortzos, Gortzos: If the Prime Minister is NOT the army general then he can deploy as an ambusher. See the Ogres army book at the Section ....Gortzers!

-Pure Decoration: Greek Presidents seem to simply don;t exist. To represent this they get a 3+ dodge save from templates, shooting and magic missiles.

-may purchase a thorakismeni BMW for + 90pts (chariot, 2+ armor, s5,t4,4w)

HERO CHOICES

Greek Chief Sindikala 85 pts * * a chief Syndikala may carry the battle standard for +25 pts

Special Rules
-"Supreme Apergia!". Chief Syndikales are the masters of shutting down enemy plans and disturbing oppositions battle plans. Before the battle begins roll a d6 for each unit containing a chief Syndikala and consult the following table
1: Strike Ends: The supreme apergia is no more. No effect.
2-3: "Burn the capitalists": vs Empire and Brettonian armies the unit gains the killing blow special rule. Versus all others they gain the flaming attacks special rule.
4-5: "Stop Working:" The unit moves at half speed. But it gains the unbreakable special rule.
6: "Protopapas FTW!: The chief Syndikalas transforms into a Protopapas Greater Daemon. Consult the Daemons army book and use the Keeper of Secrets profile.
Marks : may have the mark of Tsipras, or the Mark of Pasok.

Greek Lamogio Vouleftis for 70 pts/model

Priests of SYRIZA

Any Greek Lamogio Vouleftis may be upgraded to a Priest of Syriza for +70 pts. The priest has the following rules
-"O laos den ksexna ti simainei Deksia". See above.
-"We shall never ever govern". see above
-"Eternal paparologia". Eternal words of no meaning can really drive enemies into suicide. Pick an enemy unit. That unit must roll a leadership test
or flee exactly as it has failed a panic test.
-"Blessings of Ugo Chavez". The priest and the unit he is with gain a 5+ ward save.
The priest may carry Great Molotof bombs for +10 pts.
Egathetoi Wizards of Deksia
Any Greek Lamogio Vouleftis may be upgraded to an Egathertos Wizard of Deksia for +70 pts. The wizard has the following rules
-level 2 Caster. He must choose spells from the lore of Mnimonio.
-Unstoppable Recession Force. No matter what the wizard is a force of recession for the enemies. For each spell that the wizard passes at an enemy unit it's leadership is lowered by one point until the wizard's next magic phase.
An Egathetos Wizard of Deksia may carry
-Papadopoulos Tattoo markings for +10 pts (magic resistance 2)
-Mitsotakis books of the awfull curse for +20 pts. An enemy wizardwithin 12 inches may reroll it's miscast result

May Have any Mark unless he is a Priest of Syriza, or an Egathetos Wizard.
If he has the Mark of Xrisi Avgi may ride on a adrenaline boosted Greek Voter for +15 pts.
Equipment : Heavy armor, Matazis Shield, hand Weapon.

0-1 Supreme Patriarch of the Orthodox Church 175 pts

Special Rules:
-Frenzy
-Hatred (non Greek armies)
-May Ride the War Altar of Efraim (+100 pts, chariot see empire war alter special rules)
The Altar of Efraim may be upgraded with
-"Skipse Evlogimeni Acolyte". The acolyte effectively warns the Patriarch of incoming attacks. The altar and the Patriarch receive a 2+ ward save versous ranged attacks of any kind. (+30 points)
- "Papa Rokades Rock Band singer" .See Vampire Counts Terrorgheist special Rule (+50 pts)
- "Father Paisios Holy Engine". Visions of Paisios engulf the enemy who find it impossible to strike the Patriarch. All enemy units in base contact receive -2 to hit in close combat (+75 pts)
-"Kologries Religious Fanatics". The altar may ne drawn by up to 30 Fanatics. s4,t4,m6, 2 A, Frenzy.
-"Koboskinia of all mighty Doom". The banishment's strength is increased by one (+20 pts)

Magic

THE SUPREME LORE OF DIAPLOKI

Lore Attribute: Nomos peri efthinis Ypourgon. Greek Politicians are notoriously capable of escaping harms way, no matter what unspeakable odds
they are facing. They can dodge a cannonball, skip a killing blow, evade impact hits. To represent this, every time a spell from the Lore of Diaploki is cast, the caster permanently increases his ward save by +1, to a maximum of 2+.

1. Tsovola dos ta Ola. Cast on 8+. Pick a friendly unit anywhere on the field. The unit may reroll misses in close combat until the start of the casters
next magic phase.
2. The Vatopedio Scandal. cast on 9+. Pick a friendly unit within 36. The unit treats all terrain as open ground until the start of the casters next magic phase.
3. The Stock Market Scandal. Cast on 10+. Pick an enemy unit within 24 inches. The target has -2 Leadership and must reroll succesfull rolls of to hit and to wound. Remains in play.
4. The Siemens Scandal. Cast on 12+. Cast on the wizard and only if he is on Foot. The wizard trasforms himself to a Christoforakos Greater Daemon. Profile found in Daemons Book under the section "Great Unclean One".
5. The Scandal of ASEP. Cast on 13+. Pick a single Greek Voter trooper anywhere on the table. The trooper automatically is turned to a Chief Greek Syndikala who counts as a character in all respect.
6. Tzochatzopoulo-goria!! Cast on 20+. All enemy magic items, deamonic gifts, Vampiric items, gifts of chaos become visible, within 24 inches. The caster may steal any of these and use it for himself.
